Die cut fluted or corrugated cartons covered with a litho printed and laminated sheet provides a low cost but attractive packaging option. Litho print provides very high quality and detailed print: combine this with a matt or gloss lamination and you can expect a perfect product for any packaging solution.

There are different levels of fluting available to achieve varying levels of rigidity for your product.

A litho printed sheet with finishes such as lamination, embossing, foil blocking and spot varnish is bonded to the corrugated board. This combination results in excellent product protection and combined with your unique graphics creates a high quality finish every time.

card thickness and grades

B Flute - By far the most widely specified flute profile. It offers good compression strength whilst having excellent crush resistance.
C Flute - A larger flute than 'B' offering greater compression strength but less crush resistance.
E Flute - A fine flute used for smaller cartons offering excellent crush resistance.
F Flute - A very fine flute providing excellent crush resistance, rigidity and an excellent print surface.

Our professional design department can take your artwork and fit it around the template for the desired box size and style. If you have your own design department we are happy to provide a template for you to add your artwork. If you do not have a design department we can provide you with full access to our creative services department who will be more than happy to take your brief and to create several proofs for you.
